About Your Edge Voice Service

Edge Voice Internet Phone Service (VoIP) works exactly like traditional phone service with two exceptions – you pay a lot less for local and long distance calling and gain an abundance of powerful features like voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding, three way calling and much more at no extra charge.

To start enjoying Edge-Voice broadband phone service, you will need:

• A broadband Internet connection such as our High Speed Wireless Internet!
• An Edge-Voice service plan and hardware (a LEC Broadband Phone Adapter or all-in-one VoIP phone).
• Once you have these you are ready to go!

Can I keep my current phone number?

Local Number Portability (LNP) enables consumers in the United States to transfer their existing telephone number (traditional or Internet-based) from one phone service provider to another. With EDGE VOICE Internet Phone Service, you can request that your number be “ported” at anytime during the initial order process or even after you have become an EDGE VOICE subscriber, as long as you currently maintain phone service for the number you want to transfer. We are unable to transfer or port numbers that have already been disconnected or cancelled. There will be an additional onetime $25.00 charge for LNP services.

Edge Voice Unlimited Calling

The Edge Voice unlimited calling covers all of the US and Canada. No additional toll or long distance charges apply to calls to these locations. Additional charges do apply for other International calls outside of the US and Canada.

*Edge Voice service is only available by using credit card or debit card automatic payments. We are unable to invoice for Edge Voice residential services.
